On September 20, 2025, with the aim of strengthening international cooperation and external relations in the education system, improving the quality of specialist training, and enhancing the educational, methodological, and research activities of higher educational institutions, a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Turkmen State Institute of Finance, the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management, and the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Institute (CAREC).
