INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
41 In accordance with the great efforts and constant support of the Hero-Arkadag and the Hero-Arkadagly President aimed at developing international cooperation in the field of science and education, on October 10, 2025, within the framework of the International Exhibition and Scientific Conference “Health care, Education and Sport in the era of the revival of the new epoch of the Powerful state”, an Agreement on Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed via video communication between the Turkmen State Institute of Finance and the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). The purpose of the Agreement is to strengthen international cooperation and external relations in the field of education, improve the quality of specialist training, and enhance educational, methodological, and scientific-research activities of higher education institutions.
