INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
17 Under the leadership of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and the Arkadagly Hero President, special attention is currently being paid to the development of international cooperation in the field of education within the framework of ongoing comprehensive reforms.
In accordance with the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, from October 18 to 28, 2025, a working visit of the Turkmen delegation to the states of Wyoming and Montana of the United States of America was organized to discuss the possibilities of establishing bilateral cooperation in the field of education.
On October 24, 2025, during this visit, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Turkmen State Institute of Finance and the University of Wyoming (UW). Based on this memorandum, bilateral cooperation will be carried out in such areas as faculty exchange, student exchange and educational programs abroad, joint scientific research, participation in seminars and academic conferences, exchange of educational materials and other information, as well as short-term and long-term academic programs (credit and non-credit), and other areas.
