As the Turkmen people say, “Years are more wonderful than the previous ones,” and each new year opens golden pages in the history of our country. During the large-scale celebration of the significant 30th anniversary of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan, our citizens who demonstrated talent and dedication in their work and creative activities were awarded honorary titles and valuable state distinctions. Indeed, the Year of International Peace and Trust became one of those years that blessed the destiny of every citizen of our country and brought happiness. Among these fortunate citizens, I was also awarded the commemorative badge “30th Anniversary of the Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan,” which has inspired me to strive for further achievements.
Yes, at this significant historical moment, I once again felt proud of the greatest happiness in my life — being born a Turkmen, living as a citizen of this happy era, engaging in creative work, and contributing to the development of our country. Our era is a time of great achievements and transformations. We regard the numerous books — the fruits of the keen intellect and refined wisdom of our National Leader and esteemed President — as our main guide and reliable companion on the path of education. The book “Turkmenistan’s Neutrality: A Bright Path to Peace and Trust,” recently presented to our people by the esteemed President as a festive gift, has also become a valuable source in our educational activities and in gaining a deeper understanding of the philosophy of our country’s domestic and foreign policy.
